  This page illustrates the some of the videos that we have available for loan from our library. They are aimed at helping heart patients understand their condition, what is involved in the treatment and offer advice and guidance for patients and carers.

It examines a number of different approaches to reducing the discomfort and risk to patients suffering from angina, as well as medical research.

Your Life in Your Hands - Recovering from a Heart Attack
Fewer events in a person's life cause greater impact than a heart attack. This video aims to provide encouragement and advice to people who have had a heart attack or heart surgery and to their families.

Answering Questions - Solving Problems - A Guide for Patients having a Cardiac Catheter
This video is intended forpatients about to undergo cardiac catheterisation (angiograms for diagnosis & angioplasty for treatment). It also provides advice for patients on leaving hospital after the catheter procedure.
